| 01 | Prices:
They include VAT but postage is extra. Any customer must accept
the following selling conditions.
Any order with missing information will be cancelled.
Orders becomes valid after confirmation of payment by SP+ or
receipt of payment by fax or mail. |
| 02 | Payment:
You can pay with Credit Cards (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) via
secured bank system. This process is called SP+ and is owned
by Caisse d' Epargne who is one of the major french bank. Payment
is NOT done on our site.
You can obviously order on line on this web site, secured for
credit cards, by fax, e-mail, mail or by phone that means we
won ’t know your CC number until you haven ’t
given it before by phone or mail. |

| 03 | Postage:
All parcels are now shipped by priority mail.
You can choose to insurre it, paying 4 Euros extra. Insurrance
becomes obligatory when order is over 75 Euros
For high value parcels, we can use Chronopost (= Fedex in USA)
for ultra fast delivery with high security.

Postage rates are subject to changes for oversized or overweight
items such as boxes; awards; heavy items like metal boxes; large
tour programs. |
| 04 | Stock
policy:
All products listed are in stock, but me be yet reserved by
other customers. Until receipt of payment, we don ’t
take off an item from our stock. Items with ref starting with
« pre » are for sale on pre-order basis.
They may come in stock 1 to 4 weeks later.
For this reason, you can (but it is an option only) list alternatives
on Comments section. |
| 05 | Reservation:
Items are reserved 7 days strating order’s date. Each order
has an identification number.
Please specify it in any message you may send us. Thanks. |
| 06 | Receipt
of parcel:
If parcel is visually highly damaged, please refuse it. You
will be refunded. Otherwise, if you find after opening an item
damaged in parcel, please send us a message to explain problem
at infos@electricshock.com.
Please do not return an item (damaged or incorrect) previous
to our formal agreement and instructions. Any damaged or incorrect
item will be hastily replaced and sent free of charge. If we
cannot honor the replacement, we will give you a credit to be
deducted from your next order.
For any undelivered parcel, we can only contact the postal
services 4 weeks after the date of shipment for registered
packages. We do not guarantee any refund for non registered
shipping. We will do everything reasonably possible to make
you happy. |
| 07 | Electric Shock can modify any
selling information on this site. They will apply as soon as
being online. |

08 | Refering to articles 105 and
106 of french Code du Commerce, products are shipped at customer ’s
risk.
Electric Shock is not responsible of highly strong delivery
damages or delays due to delivery company. |
| 09 | Electric Shock
may lodge a complaint against any people trying to pay with
fraudulent Credit Card. |

We are always looking for top quality items concerning the major
bands listed on Direct link list.
Dealers, shops, wholesalers, do not hesitate to contact us and
send us your price lists.
We can buy in quantity for quality items or whole collections.
